This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs your access to and use of the website and related online materials operated by Bright Net, LLC ("Bright Net," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 1621 114th Ave SE Ste 105, Bellevue, WA 98004. Bright Net provides ad revenue optimization, premium demand connections, publisher training, monitoring, and related advertising technology services for digital publishers, as well as engagement products such as GameBox SDK. Descriptions of services on this website are for informational purposes and do not themselves constitute a binding service contract unless separately agreed in writing.

2. Eligibility and acceptable use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement. You must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, servers, or related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation, security, or availability of the website

Integration guides, SDK documentation, ad tags, credentials, and other technical materials we provide (including via the Developers Center) are licensed for use solely in connection with authorized Bright Net services. You must keep credentials confidential, implement integrations in accordance with our instructions and applicable ad platform policies, and not reverse engineer or redistribute SDKs except as expressly permitted.

5. Third-party services and links

Our services and website may reference third-party platforms (for example, Google Ad Exchange, AdMob, AdSense, Meta Audience Network, and other demand partners). Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. Bright Net is not responsible for third-party websites, products, or policies. Links on this website do not imply endorsement.

6. No warranty

This website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any results from using the website will meet your expectations.

Any statements about revenue, CPMs, yield, or performance are illustrative and not guarantees. Actual results depend on inventory quality, demand conditions, market factors, and your implementation.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bright Net and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) this website or its content, whether based in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to this website shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100), except where a separate written service agreement provides otherwise.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Exclusive venue for disputes arising from this Agreement or the website shall be the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington, unless a separate written agreement provides otherwise.
